Hamani Djibo, LIBO President

All of our programs are directed by Pencils for Kids and implemented by a Niger-based NGO called LIBO, whose mandate is enhancing educational and economic opportunity for the extreme poor in Niger. LIBO has an excellent understanding of local issues and strong relationships with local education and government officials.

LIBO President, Hamani Djibo was chosen to become President of the Association of all NGOs in the region of Kollo, Niger.
